This weeks' Note To Self is a very positive one:


I think it's very self-explanatory so I'm not going to say too much about it.

But whenever you feel like you are having a shitty day, or week, moth or even year,
remember there are always good things happening simultaneously, whether you see them or not.
Always remember the things you love and are grateful for.
Always think about the good stuff,
and then your day will be less shitty.
