End of 100 Days Spending Ban

Hey everyone!

I'm so excited because today my spending ban ends!
Let's find out if I did any cheeky purchases in the last 25 days and find out what's going to happen next.

So as you have read in the last update, I did kind of fail the 'challenge' already. I couldn't resist buying some little things, but I did want to continue with this. I just needed to save a bit of money so I had to cut the make up spendings because it was getting out of hand.

I am going to do some hauls soon so stay tuned! I'm also planning on buying quite a lot of things this summer when I'm traveling to London, Barcelona and Italy... SO I might do this 100 days spending ban again after the summer holidays, to save up a bit, you know ;)

First there were three little purchases in the last part of my spending ban. I couldn't wait to pick them up until the spending ban was over, because I really wanted to test them out before summer started. You might have already seen them in my Festival Make Up Look post a few days ago. It's the Bourjois 123 Perfect CC Cream which I had heard so much about, the Bourjois Poudre de Riz de Java because I thought it was such a pretty little product to set my under eye concealer and the The Body Shop Honey Bronze Bronzing Gel for Face because I was getting a bit more tanned and wanted to try out the Bourjois Bronzing Primer (but they don't have that in stores here in Belgium so I went for this one). Now if you click the link, my tube looks different and there were two different ones in store as well, I just have no idea what's the actual difference between the two because they say the same thing. I think mine is a bit less dark than the other, or my packaging is a bit more new because of the other additions to the honey bronze collection, but anyways. I own it and I've been testing it out a lot! So far so good, I really like it.

I also picked up the The Body Shop Honey Bronze powder, but for some reason I cannot explain, I forgot to include it in the pictures. I'm sure you all know which one I'm talking about. I was so excited when I picked this up as it's a cult classic and I finally get to use it!

I'll do a review on the Bourjois 123 perfect CC cream and the Honey Bronze Gel soon!

Then Ici Paris XL decided to have a 21% off on everything, even limited edition pieces. How could I not pick up the Chanel Les Beiges Healthy Glow Multi-Colour powder in Marinière N°02 with that much off the price? I know, I'm ashamed of me too. But look at it!

I'm still happy with what I achieved. It's been crazy how difficult it is for me not to buy make up. It was so confronting!

In conclusion:
50 days I can handle, 100 days I cannot.

Another thing I have to mention (if you mist last weeks Wednesday post) is that there won't be #NoteToSelf posts during Summer. It's hard to find new bloggers every week. At the beginning, people would mail me saying they wanted to be part of it, now I really have to look around for people. I'm going to put it on hold for a bit and see if I can pick it up again after summer holidays. My summer is going to be crazy busy and I've been planning and scheduling a lot of posts already, to keep up with my daily schedule. It's going to be a great one, though!

  3. YAY your spending ban is over! Happy shopping! I don't think I could have done it. Not even for 100 hours. Not even for 100 minutes. Seriously. I'm literally online shopping in another tab as I write this. I have issues.

  4. I also purchased products from the Honey Bronze range by The Body Shop. I like it so far (:

  13. Congratulations on finishing the spending ban. Although you didn't absolutely stick to it think how much more money you've saved than you would have done if you didn't have a ban at all. Looking forward to all your hauls!
