Project Pan That Product: update #27

Hey everyone!

The first project pan of the new year.
Let's see how far I've gotten since last time!

I finished up the Benefit Watt's Up highlighter and removed the YSL Full Metal Liquid Shadow in Steamy Coral. I replaced them with the ColourPop Super Shock Cheek in Lunch Money and the Smashbox Photo Matte Eyes palette.

Today, the products look like this:

(sorry about the weird white balance but editing pics that were taking in half dark weather is just not my jam)

Smashbox Photo Matte Eyes palette

As you can see in the picture, I have hit a few pans in this palette. This dinky little palette is such an amazing one to travel with, or to quickly throw on an eyelook. This even fits in your handbag without any troubles and you can go from desk-to-disco while you're in the taxi. I highly recommend this palette to anyone and I'm so happy to use it for every daytime look I do.

Benefit Coralista blush

Ah, I have reached for this a lot in the festive season and a part of it crumbled apart. You can see almost all of it is now gone! I guess I can use up that leftover bit in the next month. Then I can finally include another blush in this project, one that I've already been using a lot lately.

Estée Lauder Little Black Liner - 01 Onyx

This eyeliner has been used a lot over the holidays, and it has done me good. It stayed on so well for an entire evening. I feel like now I've only really put it to the test, and I must get my hands on a new one (to my knowledge they don't sell these in Belgium...). It's one I'd hapily stock up on! I reckon I can use this one for another month, then I bet it will finally be too dry to use anymore.

Urban Decay Perversion mascara

This baby has gone all clumpy on me lately, and it hasn't been performing well anymore. It's not the best mascara to use anymore, and for hygienic reasons I think it's better to let this one go. It's ben a good everyday mascara, but nothing overly impressive. Time to move onto that other one I've been using a lot and seriously needs to get some more attention before it dries!

ColourPop Super Shock Cheek - Lunch Money

My assumptions from last time were right: I am completely obsessed with this highlighter! It gives me such a good natural, everyday glow. I must say the pan is not as deep as I thought it would be, so I guess I will run out of product with this one very soon. I slightly touched the pan, but only because it's such a soft product that it's quite easy to push through to the bottom of the tin. I guess you can really tell how much I've been using it!

Maybelline ColorSensational lipstick - 740 Coffee Craze

This has made a lot of progress, and I've actually been layering on top of my darker lippies in the past couple of weeks. It gives that lighter pop in the centre of the lips, plus it gives the look a bit more glossiness to it (as almost all of my dark lippies are matte). I do think I can finish this up by the next update.

Make Up For Ever Step 1 Mattifying Primer

I have used this so so so much lately, that I was in fact able to use this one up completely! I don't think I will repurchase it though, but it's been a good'un for the past months. Time to move onto another base product.

Chanel Les Beiges Healthy Glow Multi-Colour - Marinière N°02

The dent is the middle of this pan has grown a lot since last time I showed you I just about touched the pan. Oh man, this bronzer is just heavenly. The only time I ever get compliments on my skin is when I'm wearing this powder, and it always baffles me. This bronzer is really thát good.

2 products out, 2 new ones added to the project:

Make Up For Ever Ultra HD concealer - Y23

I've been neglecting this concealer lately, as I've been using other undereye concealers in the past few months, but this one seriously needs to either be used up, or thrown out. Concealers tend to expire quite fast so I really need to go back to this one before it goes bad! Not sure why I stopped using this one, as it's quite a good concealer to brighten underneath your eyes, plus it has such good coverage. Happy to incorporate this one into my routine again.

Marc Jacobs Velvet Noir Major Volume mascara

I have this since May but had so many other mascaras to use up first. I recently started using it and I'm kind of loving it. I do find that the formula is quite dry, so to make sure I use it as much as I can before it dries out, I will put it in this project.

Lots of love,
