Urban Decay Naked Cherry palette - review

Hey everyone!

I was wondering if this post would still be necessary, because lately with every new Urban Decay release, bloggers and Youtubers in the USA have been talking about months before it even lands on UK/EU soil. Still, it’s kind of routine for me to do a review on every new Naked palette, so I thought it would still be fun to give my opinion on it.

PS: I forgot to take the brush out of the plastic before taking a picture and I only noticed when I was uploading the pictures, haha!

3 Looks with Urban Decay Born To Run

Hey everyone,

I was planning on doing a Palette Bingo for today's post, but I honestly think I would do this palette injustice if I approached it this way. I rather wanted to show you the full potential of this gorgeous Urban Decay Born To Run palette, as I think it's one of UD's best curated palette they've ever created.

You can create endless looks with this palette, and although it's full of neutrals, there are a few great pops of colour to make a look interesting. It contains a lot of different colours and still it doesn't look like they were just thrown in. They are muted enough to make the look wearable, but bright enough to make it interesting.

Enough with the rambling now, let's go on with the looks.

Quick note to my international readers before I jump into the post: this one will be entirely written in Dutch, as this post is in collaboration with de Bijenkorf. For the longest time I've been wanting to incorporate some fashion into this beauty blog but I never seemed to know quite how. This is a lovely opportunity for me to dip my toes into the online fashion world and I'm extremely grateful.

October Favourites

Hey peeps!

How are we already at the end of October? I don't want to sound like a walking cliché but, oh my.

Lots of money has been spent over the past couple of weeks and so I have a few new favourites yhat I'd love to share with you all.

Quick mention before I start, I did pick up the Urban Decay Naked Cherry palette but only very recently got it in the mail so I didn't think I could give my opinion on it yet. I might do a full review with swatches if anyone's interested - but I do think a lot of big youtubers and bloggers have already done that... Still interested? Please do let me know down below so I can do an in-depth review!

Highlighter collection

Hey everyone!

For some reason, I find it super interesting to see what highlighters other people have in their collection. Unlike lipsticks, bronzers or foundations, highlighter is something you need only a tiny amount of and it's very unlikely you'll be using it up anytime soon. So buying another highlighter, knowing you won't ever be able to finish it in your life, must mean something special. Right?

This post will include all my individual highlighters: powders, creams and liquids. Of course I have a few highlighters that come in a palette as well (like the Charlotte Tilbury Filmstar Bronze & Glow, the TheBalm Manizer Sisters palette and a few more face palettes) but I won't be showing you those today. Honestly I don't tend to use those just for the highlighter, but usually use the highlighters in there while I'm contouring/blushing with them anyways. So just single highlighters. Trust me, it's plenty of reading!
