Hey peeps!

As you all may have seen on my instagram ( @charlinehasablog ) I've been to London this past weekend. Obviously I spent all my money, as there's so much in the UK that isn't available in Europe, or at least I can't check out IRL. There were a few things I definitely wanted to swatch - like the Huda Beauty Mercury Retrograde palette, and also everything in the Glossier pop-up shop in Covent Garden - so I was bound to pick up quite a few pieces.

Lately I've been massively into the green eyeshadow shades. I've waited so long for them to be a thing again and although it's very hard to come across a palette that just has the true green shades in there, they are becoming a bit more frequent.

I've chosen to do 4 looks with a green shade that defines the look, adding gold glitter in 4 different ways. I was playing around with greens, as my NYE outfit has green tones and obviously, my makeup has to match...

Obviously you can recreate these looks with another shade that suits you better, like dark purple, neutral dark brown, terracotta shades, or even grey/black shades with silver glitters. It's really just about what you prefer.

I've been stressing out so much for the past few months, and whenever I could take just a tiny little break for a few hours in the evening, I've found that taking my time to pamper myelf would really help to relax a little bit and also help me sleep better at night.

Taking your time and just taking care of yourself is so important to stay sane and really helps me to take a step back and breathe. 

These are the things I love doing the most whenever I decide to have a pamper-moment.

It's been ages since I've updated you on my holy grail products. I've been putting it off for so long, as obviously if a product is holy grail, you wouldn't really change it up any time soon, since it's your HOLY GRAIL, you know?

Obviously since my last post in 2016 I thought I would look back and update you on a few products, as I've been testing out a few new products since then. When I check older posts, it's funny to see that most of these products that I'm about to show you have been mentioned as holy grails before, so not much has changes, really!

These are all products I've repurchased at least once in my life, because I liked it so much. Given that I try out a lot of new stuff, it really does mean a lot when I go to repurchase a product.

I also thought it would be fun to throw in some skincare alongside the makeup to change up the format a little bit.

Today I want to talk you through my favourite holiday releases of 2019. I myself have been trying to cut my spending quite a bit, but that doesn't mean I can't have a look at all the pretty shiny things for this season's new releases.

Some of them I have bought already, some I really want to pick up in the next few weeks, others I probably won't spend my hard earned money on, but if I had some extra cash to spare, I would definitely pick them up.

Long time no skincare-talk, I haven't done a full skincare routine post since June. I've been switching it up for the colder months and thought I'd run you through my morning and evening routine.
